The Six – Week Plan is a personalised, food and lifestyle guide that I put together for you.
The Plan starts with an introductory 45 minute session where you explain what works or probably and most importantly, what hasn’t been working for you. 

After our introductory session, I put Your Plan together:

What this Costs

The Introductory Session and The 6 Week Plan costs £250 and is paid after the Introductory Session

After 6 Weeks
  • We have a review and assess what has changed 
  • What worked best ? What was most difficult?
  • We plan your 2nd 6 Week Plan

This is the cycle that I offer. My clients continue on The 6 Week Plan for as long as necessary.

This uniquely personalised solution is tailored to suit. Of course, we all have “off” days. That is not a problem.

The aim is to have an achievable goal that works for you, so that, together, we can get you to where you would like to be.
